Our Partner in Europe
Tom started his career in banking and finance, working initially in technology, operations and product development roles, notably at JP Morgan. In 2002 he joined the Pictet Group, where he led a number of strategic projects before making the move to HR. From 2011 until 2019, he was Group Head of Compensation & Benefits, as well as being responsible for all HR operational and administrative activities. He also championed Diversity & Inclusion, becoming Secretary to the inaugural Group Diversity Board and helping the company to obtain the global EDGE gender equality certification.
He is now an independent HR consultant focusing particularly on equity and diversity in the workplace within the European Market.
