Customer Success Manager
Gail manages Gapsquare’s client base and ensures everyone is happy and up to date with all they need to know. As well as running and organising training and onboarding sessions with clients, she helps the VP & Growth Partnership manager with strategy and business development.
Gail has previously had two Research Assistant positions for large-scale psychological research projects and will have her first scientific paper published in 2021.
