With an extensive corporate background as a Senior Leader, Kristal is qualified and experienced in Change and Programme Management and an accomplished people manager. She has worked in hiring, establishing and managing large teams throughout her career and understands the needs of businesses in the changing context of the future of work. As a passionate advocate for equality, diversity and wellbeing and specialist in flexible working, Kristal will be delivering a range of flexible working and HR projects with Gapsquare, from simple policy change to complex global programmes of change.
Kristal has previously worked with Citi Bank and Computer Share, and delivered projects for Proctor & Stevenson and Imperial Brands PLC.
